That's how Thread Mug was born.

Who We Are

Thread Mug is a personalized gifting brand built around the things that bring people together a warm mug of coffee in the morning, a soft blanket on the couch, a quiet moment shared between people who matter to each other.

We create custom-printed mugs, shirts, and blankets designed around real people their names, their stories, their relationships, their moments. Every piece we make is produced fresh, specifically for the person it's going to, not pulled off a shelf somewhere.

Why Personalization Matters to Us

There's a difference between giving someone a mug and giving someone their mug.

When a name is on it or a date, a message, a memory it stops being an object and starts being something they hold onto. We've seen it happen over and over again. A grandmother who keeps her mug on the same spot on the counter every single morning. A college student who wraps herself in a blanket from home when she's homesick. How We Work

Every Thread Mug order is made to order. When you place an order, production begins specifically for you — your name, your design, your personalization. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. It's made fresh, packaged carefully, and shipped directly to your door or theirs.

We work with trusted print partners who share our commitment to quality vibrant colors, soft materials, and prints that last through years of use and washing.

For us, here at Thread Mug, it's important to make people happy with a personal gift. And we'd love to put a smile on yours too!

  • Each product is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality materials to ensure lasting beauty and functionality.

  • Personalized items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days (mugs 2–4, blankets 3–5), then U.S. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive in 6–7 business days; please allow up to 12 business days during peak season.

  • Simply enter your personalization details — such as a name, date, or short message — in the text field on the product page before adding to cart. We'll print exactly what you enter in the same font, color, and style shown in the product.

  • A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI) works best, and bigger is better. Only have a phone photo or a small logo? Send it anyway — our designers will check it and let you know if it needs work. You can start a custom or bulk order here.

  • We'll place your text in the same location as shown in the product image, using the exact same font and design style. Text is automatically sized to fit perfectly whether short or long.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@threadmug.com.

  • Please email support@threadmug.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • We aim to match the product images as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings and the printing process.

  • Personalized items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange for change-of-mind reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.

  • Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting support@threadmug.com — we'll make every reasonable effort to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
