How it works

  1. Send your request

    Tell us the product, quantity, sizes and what you'd like printed. Share artwork or just an idea.

  2. Free design help & mockups

    Our designers create up to 10 mockups — your design in different colors, flat-lay and on-model views — and send them with your quote within 1–2 business days.

  3. Approve your design

    Request changes until it's right. Want to see it in hand first? Order a sample before full production.

  4. Custom quote & easy payment

    Pay by card through a secure Shopify invoice.

  5. We produce and ship

    Every piece is made to order and shipped to you. We'll confirm timing in your quote.

Requests received after Friday morning are answered on Monday.

What you can customize

Change the art, colors and text, add your logo, team or school name, or a name on every piece.

Your design

Swap the artwork, change colors, add logos, names, numbers, school, team or company names.

Apparel can be printed on the front, back and sleeves (for example a front logo plus a sleeve logo on a Comfort Colors® long sleeve).

Good to know

Each product has a fixed print area. We can change the design and its placement within that area, but the area itself can't be made larger.

Backpacks are all-over print: we can change the full pattern and colors and add a name or logo. Your mockup shows exactly where everything goes.

Every design is just a starting point. Pick the base product you like — we can replace the artwork entirely or add your logo, team colors, names or numbers. Names shown on samples are examples only.

Only these products can be customized. Every customizable product has a Get a bulk quote link on its page — if you don't see it, that item isn't customizable.

Bulk pricing starts at 20 pieces of the same item; smaller team orders are welcome — just ask.

One link is all we need. Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder with as many logos, reference images and documents (Word, PDF) as you like — no need to type it all here. Set sharing to “Anyone with the link.” You can also email files to support@threadmug.com.

Artwork tips: a PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI) works best, and bigger is better. Only have a phone photo or a small logo? Send it anyway — our designers will check it and let you know if it needs work.
